Can I return an online order in a store?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Reflection period
You can return unworn items (with the attached labels) within 14 days via UPS or DHL.

Return costs
For returns via UPS or DHL, we charge €4.95. This will be deducted from the refund. For returns from Germany, the return shipping costs are €6.95.

How do I return an item?
To return your order via UPS or DHL, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the enclosed return form and include it with your return shipment.

Exchange items
Would you like to exchange an item for another, or a different size or color? Contact us at webshop@labeldot.nl to arrange an exchange.

Gift card refund

If you paid for an order with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card. So keep it safe. If you've already thrown it away, please contact customer service.
