Can I return an online order in a store?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible.

Cooling-off period
Unworn items can be returned (with attached tags) within 14 days via UPS or DHL.

Return costs
For returns via UPS or DHL, we charge €5.95. This will be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount. For returns from Germany, the return costs are €6.95.

How do I return an item?
Follow the steps below to return your order via UPS or DHL:

1. Fill in your enclosed return form and add it to your return shipment

Gift card refund

If you paid for an order with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card. So keep it safe. Have you already thrown it away? Please contact customer service.
