LabeL DOT is growing! That's why we are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Webshop & Customer Service Employee to join our team.
In this position, you will be an important point of contact for our online customers and ensure that everything related to the webshop runs smoothly. You will update the webshop daily, process online orders and returns, and help customers with questions via email and telephone. You ensure that every customer is helped quickly, friendly, and personally, thereby contributing to the service and image of LabeL DOT.
But your work doesn't stop at the webshop.
LabeL DOT is a growing fashion brand with a small and dedicated team. This means we do a lot together and the work is varied. One day you might mainly be busy with the webshop and customer service, another day you might help with preparations for a fashion fair, photoshoot, or other commercial activities. We work as a team and step in where needed.
What will you do, among other things?
* Daily management and maintenance of the webshop
* Processing and following up on online orders and returns
* Answering customer questions via email and telephone
* Providing excellent and personal customer service
* Supporting preparations for various trade fairs
* Participating in various commercial and organizational activities
* Helping out where needed within the team
Who are we looking for?
You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and love to organize things well. You work accurately and independently but also enjoy being part of a small team where everyone helps each other.
You have an affinity for fashion and online retail and are proficient with computers. Experience with a webshop or customer service is a plus, but your attitude, enthusiasm, and sense of responsibility are just as important to us.
