Can I return an online order in a store?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Reflection period
You can return unworn items (with the attached labels) within 14 days via DHL. Register your return online via this link and drop off the package at the selected drop-off point. This also applies to discounted items.

Return costs
For returns via DHL, we charge €4.95. This will be deducted from the refund.

How do I return an item?
To return your order via DHL, please follow the steps below:


1. Complete the enclosed return form and include it with your return shipment.


2. Stick the return label over the old label on the box


3. Drop off the package at the nearest DHL drop-off point


4. Please keep the shipping receipt you receive from DHL carefully until your order has been fully processed.

Exchange items
Would you like to exchange an item for
a different item, size, or color? Contact us via
our webshop@labeldot.nl for an exchange.

Gift card refund

If you paid for an order with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card. So keep it safe. If you've already thrown it away, please contact customer service.

You can pay via iDEAL, credit card, or gift card. Learn more about our various payment options here .

Pay with gift card

You can pay for your online order with the LabeL DOT gift card. You can do this in 'Step 4 Payment' during the checkout process. Note: this is a different place than the discount code.

Wrong article

If you received the wrong size or color, you can return the item using the returns form that came with your order. Please indicate on the returns form that you received the wrong size/color. You can then reorder the item yourself in our webshop.

Damaged item

Do you have a complaint about an online order? You can submit your complaint via webshop@labeldot.nl, including your order number.

Problems with returns

If the DHL point refuses to accept your returns, please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
