Delivery time
If you order before 5pm, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery costs
Free shipping on orders of € 75 or more. Shipping costs are €4.95 for orders under €75 . This covers shipping and packaging. Shipping to Germany is €6.95.

You can have your order delivered to an address of your choice.

Order not yet delivered
You'll receive your Track & Trace code within 1 to 2 days of placing your order. Due to busy periods at our distribution center or with the parcel service, your order may occasionally be delivered later.

Order incomplete
It's possible that your order was shipped in multiple packages, and the remainder will be delivered later. In this case, you'll receive two Track & Trace codes. If this isn't the case and your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service.
